How accurate is the speech-to-action functionality of Words2Actions?

Our advanced natural language processing ensures high accuracy in transcribing and interpreting your voice commands for precise CRM updates.

Can I use Words2Actions on mobile devices?

Yes! Words2Actions is compatible with mobile devices, tablets, computers and laptops allowing you to update your CRM on the go and wherever you are working!

What's the difference between just using my microphone on my device and Words2Actions?

Standard Microphone Use only captures your voice, leaving you to manually input the information into your CRM, which is time-consuming and prone to mistakes. Words2Actions ensures your updates are immediately actionable, reducing admin time and human error.

Will integrating with Words2Actions damage my CRM configuration?

Not at all. Words2Actions works seamlessly with supported CRMs—such as Wise Agent, Bullhorn, HubSpot, and Salesforce—via secure, compliant integration methods. We never overwrite or alter your existing configuration; we only add relevant data and features to enhance your workflow. Your CRM setup remains intact and fully functional.

Can I update Tasks and send Emails with Words2Actions?

Since every CRM has a unique setup and their own set of rules, we follow what they allow us to do. If you are using us purely as a plugin, it will depend on who your parent CRM is. However, if you are just using our platform, then absolutely!

Can I enter a new contact using the Words2Actions?

Since your CRM is the master and we only mirror your system, Words2Actions is designed to update information for existing contacts within your CRM. If you need to add a new contact, you’ll have to do so manually through your CRM’s interface. Once a contact is created, you can then use Words2Actions to make verbal updates.

Setup and Integration

How do I get started with SalesTalk?

Getting started is easy. Sign up on our website, choose your integration (Wise Agent, Bullhorn, HubSpot, Salesforce), and follow our onboarding process for seamless implementation.

Is training provided for teams?

Yes, we offer comprehensive training sessions, as well as a detailed Help Resources Center to ensure your team can make the most out of SalesTalk Technologies and the Words2Actions feature.

Does SalesTalk Technologies require additional hardware?

No additional hardware is required. Our platform works with your existing devices and CRMs.

Can someone help me with the setup?

Not only will we help, we will do it for you! With SalesTalk's Done For You program, we do all of the heavy lifting for you. All that you need to do it grant us access to your CRM and we do all of the setup for you, so you can just enjoy the benefits of our technology without the hassle. 

What if my CRM isn’t supported?

We are constantly expanding our CRM integrations. Contact us to discuss custom solutions for your CRM. You can also view our Integrations Page to see a list of all of the technologies we currently partner with.

What should I do if Words2Actions isn’t working correctly?

If you're experiencing issues with Words2Actions, please ensure your microphone permissions are enabled, that your microphone is not active on another app and your CRM integration is active. For further assistance, contact our support team.

Does SalesTalk comply with GDPR and other data protection regulations?

Your contacts are safe. Words2Actions only accesses your CRM data to update relevant fields as directed by your voice commands. We do not sell, share, or expose your contacts to third parties. Additionally, all data is transmitted and stored using secure, encrypted methods, and we adhere to strict data protection regulations (like GDPR).
