One Click, Multiple Actions
Using the Conversation Tracker, you are not only able to indicate what is being discussed, but you can also set action items.
For example: By clicking on the "Send Proposal" (SEE IMAGES) Talking Point in the Conversation Tracker, not only will the system be triggered to send a proposal to the prospect, it will also update the Lead Stage to Qualified.
Talking Points are completely customizable and can be modified for YOUR different roles.
Transcription Taken A Step Further
After a call the transcription file is loaded into the Story So Far. Clicking on the RED arrow opens a dialog box.
Clicking on the RED arrow opens the dialog box and provides you with instructions on how the system can extract KEY WORDS AND PHRASES from the transcription.
Refreshing your screen will now reflect all of the KEY WORDS AND PHRASES found in the transcript. The feature ensures that even if you forgot to click a key point of discussion during the call, it is still captured... and the duration of the discussion is captured.
Next Actions, based On The Call
Talking Points in the Conversation Tracker can be set to trigger the Next Actions screen. In this example we set the "Confirmed The Budget" Talking Point to trigger the Next Action dialog box.
The Next Action dialog box appears for you to set the Next Action you would like to setup and also how and when you want the alert sent.
Once the Next Action has been set, you can refresh your screen to not only see the Next Action date, time and type but also any notes that you added.
Just "Talk" To Your Computer
Prior to the transcription being imported from the call where you "Just Talk to Your Computer", neither the Lead Stage or Close Probability fields have a value in them. Normally this is something that a rep would have to manually update by clicking on the dropdown menu or entering in a number.
In this image we can see that the transcription file has not only been added to the Story So Far but the addition of commands to "Update The Probability To Close To 50%" and "Change Lead Stage to Forecasted" have also been added.
In this final image we can see that the previous commands given, have fired the Rules Engine to make the necessary changes to the Lead Stage and Close Probability. The rep did not have to manually click or do any entry, the system did it for them!
