Clicking on the link to the recorded audio call or video call will allow you to either listen to the call in its entirety or view the recorded call
To listen or view to a specific point of interest in an audio or video call, click on the "Begins" time.
This will either cue up the recording to that specific point, open a new window and even provide you with the option to share that portion of the audio/video clip.
Similarly to the video recording, you can click on the link for the transcription to view it in its entirety OR just the specific points of interest.
Just as with a video call, you can share the transcription directly from the new window.
