In this call we can see that the rep indicated a 75% probability to close. That was the reps subjective forecasting for the chance of closing this lead based upon the conversation had with the prospect.
The second image shows the Sales Forecasting Report for a specific rep and lead list.
In this image we can see that Mark Estrum is one of the prospects with a subjective probability of 75 as indicated from the rep on the likelihood of this deal closing.
Upon closer evaluation, the AI engine has indicated that based upon the behaviors that transpired in the phone call, the objective probability for this deal to close is actually 90.
In this final image we see the AI rule that was used to indicate an objective probability of 90.
Because the conversation with Mark Estrum met all of these criteria, the AI engine was able to determine the objective probability was higher than what the rep had initially suggested.
